CLIFFTONS – a new, independent firm of estate and lettings agents – has opened brand new offices at 227a-229 Old Christchurch Road in Central Bournemouth.

The premises, which lay derelict for 30 years, originally housed a tobacconist and still retains many original features.

In fact, the original sign – ‘Walter J Rugg & Co’ – was discovered during the renovation and is believed to date from the 1930’s.
