The founder and owner starting his career in Bournemouth in 1996. James naturally excelled and became passionate with property and estate agency across Bournemouth and later Central London with a philosophy of being the very best you could possible be and hard work. In 2005, James sold everything he had and starting CLIFFTONS in 2005.

The business grew and James employed staff, opening a second office in 2007, bought the premises he was operating from, and in the same year, became Chairman for the Bournemouth & District Association of Estate Agents coming a leading authority locally in property. Gaining professional qualifications, National awards, property speeches Nationally and mentoring. Having sold and let thousands of properties and property managing hundreds of properties locally, this knowledge, experience and skill is invaluable to his clients.
